Commission Terms of Service

by commissioning me, the client agrees to these terms:

---------🌿 General ｡𖦹°‧* ---------

✶ I reserve the right to decline any request I am not comfortable with, without the need to explain.✶ Communication must remain respectful and clear. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate cancellation.

---------🪴 Payment ⋆˙⟡* ---------

✶Im accepting Paypal, Cashapp, Kofi.50% upfront before I begin working.
50% upon completion, before the final file is delivered.✶Additional fees may apply if the client requests extra work, significant revisions, or changes not included in the original agreement.✶Work will not begin until payment has been received.✶No refunds will be given once the process has started.

---------🍃 Pricing & Revisions ⋆⭒˚.⋆* ---------

✶Listed prices are base rates and may increase depending on complexity.Revisions:
✶revision at the sketch stage is free.
✶Major changes after sketch approval will require an additional fee.
✶Minor adjustments at the final stage (colors, small details) may be accepted, but larger edits will have an added cost.

---------☘️ Delivery & Deadlines ₊⊹* ---------

✶Estimated delivery time is 2 days to 1 week, depending on the commission queue and complexity.✶I will notify the client of any justified delays.✶Specific deadlines are only guaranteed if discussed beforehand. Rush orders may require an additional fee ($2–$10 depending on how soon you need it (and its complexity) —the faster the deadline, the higher the charge

---------🌿 Copyright & Usage ♬⋆.˚* ---------

✶I retain all copyrights and ownership of the artwork.✶The client only receives rights for personal use (profile picture, banner, personal print, etc.).✶Commercial use (merchandise, books, marketing, logos, NFTs, etc.) requires a separate agreement and additional fees. ($20 to $150)The client may not:✶Claim the artwork as their own (as an artist).✶Resell, alter, or redistribute the artwork.✶Use the artwork for AI training or similar purposes.✶I may post or display the commissioned work on my portfolio and social media unless said otherwise by the client.

---------🪴 Cancellations ༉‧₊˚.* ---------

✶If the client is unresponsive for 7 days during the process, the commission will be canceled with no refund.✶If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal or unforeseen reasons, a half refund will be issued.

---------☘️ Communication ༘⋆* ---------

✶All communication must take place through the agreed platform (email, social media, etc.).✶The client must provide clear references and instructions at the start to avoid delays or additional costs.
